This Month’s Races & Run Clubs

Happy March, Runner/Walkers!

In this week’s Runner’s High edition, we will be giving you all the information necessary on this March’s upcoming races and local run clubs in the Fort Lauderdale area. Our hope is to get you moving and engaging with other cardio junkies in the community. Staying active benefits both your body and mind. Finding a social active group to join is a fantastic way to stay motivated, informed, and connect with like-minded individuals.

Join us as we celebrate the joy of running and motivate each other to go another mile.
